“After the release, I don’t know which of which among these reactions came first – I shut my eyes; shouted at the top of my lungs; my heart stopped; for a few seconds I was consciously lost – like I died, until the rope was already swinging – it was over!”

…When you hear them say – 1, 2, 3… You should SHOUT! And never hold back…
